Ground UP is a programme of artist residencies focusing on celebrating
the uniqueness, the individuality, the commonality of all the areas that
form part of South West Burnley.
Embracing process not
product, art as a social function, and artists as ‘context providers’
rather than ‘content providers’ are the overarching philosophies of the
programme.
Ground-UP will be facilitated by three creative collaborators - Cath Ford, Iain Broadley and Dr Stephanie Hawke.
